ListViv is a product of LEXO Global LLC ("we", "us", "our") — an independent seller productivity tool for Etsy print-on-demand sellers. ListViv is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: email address and password (hashed) when you register.
• Etsy OAuth tokens: access and refresh tokens issued by Etsy when you connect your shop. These are encrypted at rest and used solely to read and update your listings on your behalf.
• Listing data: a copy of your Etsy listing details (title, price, tags, etc.) synced from Etsy to display in the dashboard. We do not sell or share this data.
• Usage data: page views, feature interactions, and error logs collected to improve the product. No third-party advertising trackers.
• Waitlist data: email address submitted via the early access form.

• To provide and operate the ListViv service.
• To sync your Etsy listings and apply changes you approve.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, product updates). No marketing emails without consent.
• To diagnose bugs and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your listing data for advertising.

ListViv connects to your Etsy shop via Etsy's official OAuth 2.0 API. We request only the scopes needed to display and update your listings. You can revoke access at any time from your Etsy account settings under "Apps you've authorized."

We never submit changes to your Etsy shop without your explicit approval in the ListViv dashboard.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Listing data is refreshed on each sync. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@listviv.com.

We use session cookies for authentication and minimal analytics cookies to understand page traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing (we do not store card details)
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection

Each provider has their own privacy policy.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@listviv.com.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
