Terms of Service

By using ListViv ("Service"), a product of LEXO Global LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

ListViv is an independent productivity tool for Etsy sellers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

• You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must comply with Etsy's Terms of Use when using ListViv to manage your Etsy shop.

You may not use ListViv to:

• Violate Etsy's Terms of Use or Seller Policy.
• Create spam listings or engage in deceptive practices.
• Circumvent Etsy's rate limits or API policies.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

ListViv does not submit any change to your Etsy shop without your explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing all pending changes before approving them. ListViv is not liable for any changes you approve and submit.

ListViv uses the Etsy API to read and update your listings on your behalf, with your authorization. You can revoke this access at any time from your Etsy account settings. ListViv will make reasonable efforts to comply with Etsy's API terms, including rate limits.

• Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, or violations of these Terms. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListViv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any listing errors, sync failures, or shop suspensions.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@listviv.com.
